I'm the Founder, Managing Broker & Specialty Projects Manager for Eleven Beaches Real Estate Group. I openly confess a special fondness for the very special communities along the Scenic Hwy 30A corridor between Sandestin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east along with Florida's Palm Beaches to the South. You can often find me in any of the boutique shops and restaurants of any of these very special areas.

 

I've lived, worked and played on beaches such as Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Panama City Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Inlet Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Ft. Walton Beach, Navarre, Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and spent time along a few gorgeous spots in the the Southern Caribbean for years. In more recent time, I've fallen in love with South Florida Beaches and the lifestyle afforded by the area.

 

For the last two decades I've found myself immersed in many things relating to real estate and thus I founded Eleven Beaches Real Estate Group to deliver a concierge level of excellence in real estate services to those who share my love of beautiful beaches, clear waters, off shore activities, spectacular sunsets, the extraordinarily exceptional lifestyles and business opportunities that naturally come with waterfront or seaside community living. I'm drawn to everything from providing sustainable community development solutions to marketing fine quality luxury real estate and specialty commercial projects. My first love in the Real Estate space might be said to be working for and with others who love the sector as a preferred investment vehicle of choice.

I earned a baccalaureate degree from the University of South Alabama in 1995 and I hold three professional licenses between the States of Florida & Alabama. I co-founded and serve on the Development & Advisory Board for Syndicated Strategies a global syndication of Investment Development Professionals as its Director of Marketing & Initiatives.

 

I'm an active Member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors. I love being a part of the Leadership Community at my local Church and volunteering on a regular basis for special projects that make a difference within local beach communities.

I spend my free time enjoying everything that life on Florida Beaches has to offer including paddle boarding at various spots along Florida's Scenic Hwy 30A, horseback riding along the beaches of Cape San Blas to sunny beach days on Mexico Beach, snorkeling the jetties with friends around Shell Island and St. Andrews, deep sea fishing, hosting seasonal beach get-togethers with bon fires a couple times a year, hangouts at Crab Island near Destin Harbor, shopping on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, dining on the water and staying physically fit.
